As a wedding photographer, I have the privilege of being part of some truly unforgettable days, and few venues provide the same blend of rustic charm and stunning architecture as The Venue, Bowers Mill in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

The moment they reached out to me to see if I'd shoot their wedding, I was immediately excited when they said that their wedding was at The Venue. We had a long, relaxed chat over zoom to discuss all of their exciting plans - some traditional, and some less traditional. Out with the confetti tunnel and in with the beautiful hand-fasting ceremony, which took place between the wedding breakfast and the first dance. It was a beautiful addition to a standard wedding day and was made even more special in the late afternoon setting sun.
