For me, it starts with the films I grew up watching. My photography style is inspired by the meticulous symmetry and thoughtful framing of the likes of Wes Anderson, the rich, vibrant colours of Spielberg’s most iconic films, and the cinematic scale, texture and attention to detail of Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings.
Those influences shape the way I see the world through my cameras. And when I can place you at the heart of an image that feels timeless, cinematic and full of joy, that’s when the magic happens.
I believe in emotion and moment over perfection, and I’m always on the look out for interesting light, creative perspectives and things that you will likely have missed in the happy chaos of your wedding day.
